- Sep 15, 2015 - “Found New Hardware Wizard cannot find the Driver for the PCI Simple Communications Controller”. The error means that there is no Driver.
- I was able to install drivers for all of the hardware components except I could not find the drivers for the 'PCI Simple Communications Controller' Could someone help me locate this driver? I think this missing driver may be contributing to an issue with the PC's ability to connect to the internet at full strength.

I saw where the site helped another with a similar problem, so here is mine. I have a DG33TL motherboard that the PCI Simple Communication Controller has the yellow ? in Device Manager.
I have tried updating the driver with no success. Device Manager says 'no driver installed'. I had to reinstall W7 Pro and it didn't load the driver. I upgraded to W10 and still no driver. Windows update finds no driver. I searched Intel's site, but still learning I my not have done it correctly, and no driver. Don't know what computer model that board came from.
The hardware ID in Device Manager is PCIVEN_8086&DEV_29C4&SUBSYS_50448086&REV_02.
Could someone help me find the driver. Thanks.
